Questions from pet owners in the UAE

Can I request a veterinary second opinion from Dubai or Abu Dhabi?

You can submit an online request from the UAE. Amer reviews your records, location and the suitability of the case before accepting it. The service is delivered by video and does not offer a walk-in clinic or emergency appointment through this website.

Which time zone should I choose?

Choose Asia/Dubai for a consultation planned in UAE local time. If you are travelling or requesting from another country, choose the time zone where you will join the call. Your preferred time is a request; the confirmed date, time and time zone arrive separately by email.

Do I pay before my case is reviewed?

No. After your records are reviewed and the case is accepted, you receive a Ziina link by email for the agreed amount and payment currency. Payment is checked before the appointment is confirmed. Cancellation and refund terms are provided before payment.

Can I request from another MENA country?

You can submit your location for review. Acceptance depends on the location, case and rules applicable to the consultation. An English-language or Arabic information page does not mean every service is available in every country. Consultations for this pathway are in English.

Where do my uploaded reports go?

Records submitted through the consultation form are stored privately for review. Clinical attachments are not sent by email. Keep the request reference shown after successful submission. Use the separate Ask a question form only for service questions, without clinical records or payment information.

Will an online appointment replace my local veterinarian?

Some questions can be discussed remotely, but an examination, tests or a procedure may still be needed. Diagnosis and prescribing are not guaranteed. You receive written next steps to discuss with your treating veterinarian. For an emergency, contact a local veterinary clinic immediately rather than waiting for an online reply.
