Together, we discuss the available findings and care options. Afterward, you receive written next steps to refer to and share with your treating veterinarian.

Before we meet
What will I receive?
You will receive a one-to-one video consultation with Amer Grizic, with your submitted records reviewed beforehand. After the call, you will receive written notes or a summary with next steps, depending on your selected package. The content and scope of follow-up support are listed with each package. All information relating to your pet’s medical report that we discuss during the video consultation will be documented in your pet’s medical history.
Can every case be handled online?
No. An online consultation can help you understand findings, treatment options and next steps. Some conditions require an in-person examination, further tests or a procedure. Your pet’s location, time zone and case suitability are checked before acceptance. If an in-person examination is needed, you will be advised to contact a local veterinarian. Diagnosis and prescribing depend on clinical judgement and the rules that apply to the consultation; neither is guaranteed.
Is my requested time confirmed?
Submitting does not confirm a time. After I review your records and accept the case, I will email you a Ziina link for the agreed amount and payment currency. After I verify payment in Ziina, I will confirm the date, time and time zone and send your private video link.
How do I send records?
Attach existing reports, photographs or short videos in the request form. Include current medicines, doses, known allergies, a brief history and your main question. Files are uploaded when you submit and stored privately for review; clinical attachments are not emailed. After successful submission, keep your request reference. For original imaging files, ask for separate instructions.
How can I get in touch?
Use the Ask a question form for questions about packages or the consultation process. Your message is emailed to Amer Grizic, who can reply to the address you provide. Do not include medical records or payment information. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment, replace a consultation or provide emergency care.
Is this an emergency service?
No. This service is for consultations booked in advance. In an emergency, contact your nearest veterinary clinic or veterinary emergency service immediately. Do not wait for an online appointment or a reply to a message.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be provided before payment. A request does not confirm an appointment.

After accepting the case, Amer emails a Ziina link for the agreed amount and payment currency. He checks payment in Ziina, then confirms the date, time and time zone and sends the private video link.

Support after the call
The proposed package includes one written clarification about the same case within 48 hours. An optional follow-up video call is proposed at US$25 (USD) for 15 minutes within 14 days. New concerns may need a new consultation.
